Country Coordinators
Indicorps started by encouraging Indian-Americans to contribute to India through service. In the subesquent years, we have begun to recruit from other countries, including the UK, Australia, and South Africa. Our experience has inspired us to strive for a more globally integrated program that truly reflects the Indian diaspora contributing the their country of origin.
In order to reach out to new places, we are looking for committed volunteers who are willing to be coordinators for outreach and community relations in their country. As part of this role, you would also help recruit, inspire, and manage local representatives, depending on the size and spread of the community in your country.
As Indicorps continues to grow, it is essential that the organization always maintains a personal touch in its efforts to engage civil society. Since Indicorps aims to replicate its efforts and expand to encourage participation from persons of Indian origin worldwide, we are looking for people who share our recognition that it is precisely personal interaction that makes this idea work.
If you believe that our mission and work resonates with your own convictions, we would love to discuss the possibilty of becoming a Country Coordinator.
You would be responsible for coordinating representatives to organize information sessions, promote programs, answer questions, and interview applicants. You would work directly with Indicorps' passionate management team in meeting objectives for your region.
To explore this role, please email Anand Shah, who is coordinating the development of a global outreach team.
